Here’s another Coach bag cake we did for a client who was in a pinch, and needed a cake on a very short deadline–just a few days! The cake was a for a surprise 40th birthday held for the client’s daughter. Happy birthday Lisa!

The birthday cake was delivered to Ukranian Center in Yonkers, New York.

Here’s our version of the Andy Warhol Campbell Soup Can in cake form. The base of the cake was another Andy Warhol inspired design. We were inspired by some of Warhol’s flower prints, and incorporated some silver in the design, based on the client’s wishes. The cake itself was for a sweet 16–love it!

The sweet 16 cake was done in fondant and then airbrushed red. The lettering was then piped on to the cake. The sweet 16 cake was delivered to the Plaza Hotel in New York City.

The couple for whom we made this wedding cake have an awesome sense of humor. This winter scene was a wedding cake we had done–in the middle of summer! The order was for an igloo cake, with one penguin in a Hawaiian shirt, a second with sunglasses and spiky hair, a third with a tank top and blue jeans, and a fourth with skullcap and guitar.

The wedding cake was for an outdoor wedding at Heckscher Park in Suffolk County, Long Island.

Every so often I like to clear out the camera’s storage card so that we can continue taking pictures of our specialty cakes issue-free. As I was doing that, I’m thinking to myself, we have some great shots of the Napoleon cake–in particular, shots of us putting the surprise birthday cake together. Here’s a shot of Mr. Bonaparte with his face perhaps 50% finished…beside the final cake.

This Bat Mitzvah cake was for a set of twins who both were into music/Miley Cirus. The cake has zebra stripes, a couple studded belts, lipstick, and their names embellished on the Bat Mitzvah cake.

The cake was delivered to Old Westbury Golf and Country Club.

This is another cake I just don’t know how you could cut! The client contacted us about designing a cake for her husband’s surprise 60th birthday cake. He was into collecting Civil War and French Revolution period figures. After some planning, we decided on a bust of Napoleon Bonaparte.

Here are some alternative shots of the cake:
The cake was delivered to New York City.

We designed this cake for a surprise 40th birthday for Heidi. The party was to be on a boat, so the client wanted the cake to be tie-dyed blue. Heidi was a singer in a band, so obviously the cake need a microphone, as well as some other elements like a guitar and tambourine.
Hope you liked it Heidi!

This client has an amazing sense of humor. Yes, the cake is basically a scene of their beloved bulldog with a ball in his mouth–something he loves to chew on constantly. But they added a twist–the dog is sitting on a platter with what looks like an apple in his mouth!

The client approached us to design a cake with a very simple theme–a chili pepper. That’s all they wanted, and nothing else. So we said OK!, and this is what we came up with.

The cake was for a corporate event held at Los Dos Molinos in New York City.

Here’s another 3D car cake. We get a lot of them, but there was something about how this cake came out. This groom’s cake came out quite close to perfectly. In fact, someone in the shop commented, I work here and I wasn’t even sure if that was cake.
